Nolo owns rights for certain textual material defined below. (Attorney's name) (“Licensee”) wants to acquire the right to use
the Selection as specified below.

II. Media & Use
Licensee may use the Selection(s) in electronic/online format and in print format, for the following uses:

• at Licensee’s web site: http://www.thelawofficeofjohniaccarino.com;
• in emails to clients, or
• in print format to clients such as pamphlets or one-sheets.

Licensee’s right to modify the Nolo Content will be limited to adopting the Content to fit the format of the Licensee publication.
Licensee will not sub-license, or transfer in any other way, any copy of all or part of the Licensed Content.
Licensee may not make any other uses of the Selections including but not limited to posting the Selections on any public websites owned by third parties (for example, social networking websites or group legal sites), or selling or otherwise seeking compensation for reproductions of the Selections.

III. Attribution
All versions of the Work that include any Selection shall contain the following statement:

Licensee shall provide Nolo with access to the work once it is made available to Licensee's users. In the event of printed
publications, Licensee shall provide 1(one) copy of the work to Nolo.

IV. Warranty
Nolo warrants that it has the right to grant permission for the uses of the Selection as specified above and that the Selection
does not infringe the rights of any third parties. Nolo does not warrant the use of the Selection for any particular purpose or
guarantee any result from use of the Selection.

V. Waived Fees
Content licensing fees are waived for Licensee for the Selection(s) while Licensee is in good standing with a current Lawyer
Directory "Attorney/Firm Membership Agreement". If Licensee is no longer under contract with Nolo's Lawyer Directory for any
reason but wishes to continue to license the content for use in the licensee publications listed above, licensee shall pay the
following fees to Nolo: $350 per article per year. All applicable fees shall be paid to Nolo within 15 days of cancellation of
the Nolo Lawyer Directory Attorney/Firm Membership Agreement. Content licensing fees are not refundable or prorated.

Upon termination of Licensee’s membership in Nolo’s Lawyer Directory, if Licensee chooses not to pay the licensing fees,
Licensee shall immediately remove all Selections from Licensee’s website, halt further distribution of any electronic or print
format versions of the Selection and destroy all remaining print versions of the Selection.

VI: Miscellaneous
This agreement shall not be amended except in a written document signed by both parties. If a court finds any provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as best to effect the intent of the parties.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. This Agreement
expresses the complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all priori representations
and understandings.

Acceptance of these terms is indicated by Licensee with electronic response to this email of "I accept".
